Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AladdinGo website and the Sketch2Go platform, operated by AladdinGo International Group Limited, Hong Kong SAR ("AladdinGo", "we", "us"). The platform is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for fashion brands, retailers, and other business users. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@aldgohk.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The platform is offered in Free and VIP tiers. The Free plan includes a limited number of AI design generations and refine operations; the VIP plan, granted by invitation, offers unlimited usage and additional capabilities such as tech pack downloads. VIP access is arranged through our sales team and is subject to a separate order form or agreement. We may adjust plan features and quotas with reasonable notice.

Design images generated for you by the Sketch2Go AI engine may be used for your own product development, sampling, and manufacturing purposes. Because generation is driven by AI models and shared silhouette libraries, we do not guarantee that any generated design is unique; similar outputs may be generated for other users. You represent that you have the right to upload any reference images you submit and that your uploads do not infringe third-party rights.

Sample Orders and Bulk Orders submitted through the platform are inquiries and expressions of intent only. They do not constitute a binding contract, and no production obligation arises until pricing, specifications, and terms are confirmed in writing by both parties.

You must not misuse the platform, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to circumvent quotas or security controls, reverse engineering the service, or interfering with other users.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AladdinGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
