• Account and registration data: email address, company name, country, and the business interests you tell us about during sign-up.
• Content you upload or create: reference images you upload and the design images generated for you by the Sketch2Go AI engine, together with associated prompts and parameters.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, generation and refine counts, and quota consumption.
• Order data: sample order and bulk inquiry details you submit, including quantities, target prices, and contact preferences.

• To provide, operate, and secure the platform and your account.
• To generate AI design images and tech packs at your request.
• To manage plan quotas and enforce plan limits.
• To respond to your order inquiries and for sales follow-up.
• To improve the service, based on aggregated and de-identified usage patterns.

We rely on the following categories of processors:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• Third-party AI providers — Alibaba DashScope and Volcano Engine (Volcengine Ark), which process your uploaded reference images and prompts to generate design images. Uploaded images are transmitted to these providers solely for this purpose.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing and improving the platform), and consent (non-essential cookies and analytics, which you can withdraw at any time).

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and export your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aldgohk.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Design images and uploaded reference images are retained until you delete them or close your account. Order and inquiry records are retained as required by applicable tax and commercial laws. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be kept longer.

Your data may be processed in the jurisdictions where our processors operate. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
